Terms of Website Use

1. Website information

The website provides general information about Peak Analytical and its services. It does not create a laboratory-client relationship, accept an order, or obligate Peak Analytical to perform testing.

2. Orders and quotations

Testing begins only after Peak Analytical accepts the project under the applicable quotation, order confirmation, payment terms, sample requirements, and project documentation. Website prices may change and may not apply to complex matrices, custom methods, additional analytes, expedited work, or confirmatory testing.

3. Sample and project responsibility

The customer is responsible for accurately identifying the sample, disclosing known hazards and handling needs, providing sufficient material, complying with shipping requirements, and ensuring that submission and testing are lawful.

4. Analytical limitations

Results apply only to the submitted sample under the methods and conditions stated in the report. A result does not establish the quality of an entire batch unless supported by an appropriate sampling plan. Laboratory reports do not constitute medical advice, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of safety, efficacy, sterility, or future performance.

5. Accreditation statements

Only methods and activities listed in Peak Analytical’s current official accredited scope should be represented as ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. References to accreditation must be read together with the current certificate and scope.

6. Report verification

The Test ID registry is provided to help authenticate public reports. The registry may not contain every report. Peak Analytical may revise, replace, withdraw, restrict, or remove records as required by controlled reporting procedures, confidentiality obligations, or legal requirements.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Peak Analytical. Reports may be reproduced only in full unless Peak Analytical authorizes another use in writing. Reports may not be altered or presented misleadingly.

8. Prohibited use

Users may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the report registry at scale, impersonate Peak Analytical, alter reports, submit malicious content, or use website materials in a deceptive or unlawful manner.

9. Third-party services

The website may link to email, hosting, accreditation, shipping, payment, or other third-party services. Peak Analytical is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or policies.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Analytical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Testing-project liability is governed by the applicable quotation, agreement, and law.

12. Changes

Peak Analytical may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material testing-project terms should be governed by the version accepted for that project.
